A season price is a bet on the weather, and the storm count you price for decides whether the contract pays.
This kit prices every property from your truck and crew rates, the drive, your margin, ice melt and a risk margin for a heavy winter. In the invented sample, a two-car driveway with walks and ice melt comes to $45 a push, and $825 for a season priced at 12 storms, or 5 payments of $165. Price the season at 15 storms and it becomes $975, or 5 payments of $195.
Each property's quote adds the truck minutes, the walk minutes and the drive at your rates, then your margin. The season price adds the ice melt applications you expect and a risk margin for a heavy winter, so the price holds up when the storms come.
The seasonal service agreement sets the trigger depth, the service window, how ice melt is applied and charged, stakes and damage, access, insurance, payment and cancellation, with a fillable PDF and a Word file you can edit.
The Storm Log keeps one row per visit with arrival and departure times, minutes on site, services, ice melt and whether photos were taken. In the sample, that is 203 visits across 9 storms and 94 photos marked.
Pick a property and a month and the Invoice Maker lists the visits and bills them by the contract: seasonal visits are included, per push and per event visits are priced by depth. In the sample, 4 December visits come to $444.
The Dashboard adds up what the season earned and spent, profit per storm and what is still owed. In the sample, profit per storm is $1,839 across 9 storms, with $4,520 unpaid and 2 invoices overdue.
Type your business name, season dates, truck and crew rates, minimum charge, margin, ice melt price and depth tiers. Once.
Add one row per property on Clients. Pricing works out the per push, per event and season price from its size and services.
Fill in the service agreement, walk the property with the walkthrough form, place the stakes and take the before photos.
Log each visit on the Storm Log or the printed truck copy, then make the month's invoices with the Invoice Maker. The Dashboard updates by itself.
Most snow removal templates are a contract and an invoice. This kit puts the pricing, the paperwork and the season's records in one place: the tracker prices each property from your own costs and the storms you plan for, the agreement puts that price and the terms in writing, the Storm Log records every visit, and the invoices fill themselves in from it. Every form is a fillable PDF and an editable Word file, and the tracker works in Excel or Google Sheets.
As soon as your order is complete you get instant access to download the ZIP: seven fillable PDF forms, the same forms in Word, the tracker in four color editions, the Google Sheets copy link, a two page Quick-Start PDF and a START-HERE file. Start with the Quick-Start guide and the free video walkthrough. Nothing ships and nothing installs.
One ZIP, instant download. The PDF forms are US Letter and open in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, in Preview on a Mac and in most web browsers; the Word files open in Word or Google Docs. The tracker is built for Excel 2016 or later and for Google Sheets, through the copy link or File, Import, Upload, and every formula result ships saved. No macros, no account, no subscription and nothing to install.
Seven forms as fillable US Letter PDFs (381 fields) and as Word files, the tracker as an .xlsx in four color editions (Colorful, Editorial, Light and Dark), a Quick-Start PDF, a START-HERE file and the Google Sheets access PDF. 20 files in one ZIP, yours the moment payment clears.

Yes. Each property has its own contract type, per push, per event, hourly or seasonal, and the Storm Log bills each visit by its property's contract.
It is a template, not legal advice. Rules on snow and ice liability vary by state, and some states limit or do not allow a clause like the one on slips and falls. Have an attorney in your state review it before you use it.
The sample company, Bramblewood Snow & Ice, and its properties, storms and figures are invented; type over them, and set your own rates on Setup before you quote. The service agreement is a template and not legal advice: have an attorney licensed in your state review it before you use it, and check your state's rules on sales tax for snow services. AI disclosure: this item was created with the help of AI tools, which NicheToolkits uses to help design the files, write the copy and make the images and films.

I'm starting out as an independent tutor and the templates are clear, plus the creator is very responsive to questions. There have been new features and updates since I purchased, and I appreciate the access to new functionality.
I highly recommend it ..
