Santa leaves at midnight, but the Sleigh Key is locked inside Tilly Thistlewick's Puzzle Box, and your team has 45 minutes to an hour to open it. The Locked Sleigh tells one story at three levels, 12 locks in each, with a real ornament hunt in your own room, and comes with a Game Master app that checks every answer offline, holds 108 hints, three for every lock, and keeps the ending locked until the final answer opens it. Scissors have two jobs, the Torn Note's strips and the Advent Calendar's small windows, and setup takes about 15 minutes.

Cut out the ornament cards and hide them in the room with the Room Map, then label four envelopes from the Host Guide and sort the pages: the Mission Brief stays on the table and the Puzzle Box page goes in Envelope 4. Setup takes about 15 minutes.
Open the Game Master app on the same level, read Tilly's letter aloud and start the clock. Solve, cut, fold, hunt and type the answers; ask Nutmeg when stuck.
Once locks 10 and 11 are open, the Puzzle Box wakes up. The right final answer plays the secret ending and a results screen with your escape time and hints used.
