Shot on Sunday, weighed on Wednesday: every weigh-in counts for the dose week it belongs to, and the report for your next visit builds itself.
Shot on Sunday. Weighed on Wednesday. Which week does it count for?
Shot on Sunday. Weighed on Wednesday. Which week does it count for?
Group it by the calendar and a Saturday weigh-in lands with the next dose, a skipped week disappears, and the numbers you bring to your prescriber are off by a week. This tracker credits every weigh-in, side effect and habits day to the dose week it falls in: the most recent dose on or before that date. In the invented sample, the Saturday Aug 1 weigh-in counts for the Jul 26 dose, dose week 4, not for the dose on Sunday Aug 2, and the Wednesday Aug 19 weigh-in lands in skipped week 7, which keeps its own row in the Weekly Summary. Change the latest weigh-in from 196.4 to 192.8 and LOST SO FAR moves from 15.6 lb to 19.2 lb and % OF GOAL from 49% to 60%.
A weigh-in counts for the most recent dose on or before its date, so a Saturday weigh-in stays with the dose before it, and a skipped week keeps its own row instead of vanishing. Rows can be typed in any order: the file sorts them by date.
The one page Doctor Visit Report builds itself: weight since the start and since your last visit, BMI with the CDC adult category, doses since the visit, side effects by frequency and worst severity, protein, water and fiber, sites, supply, and your typed questions.
The Quick Log app logs a dose, a weight, a side effect or the day's habits in a few taps, shows the next dose date and the next site, and copies the new rows into the workbook. The workbook also has a narrow Quick Entry tab for the Google Sheets app.
Everything stays in your own copy. The app keeps entries on your phone with no account, sends nothing anywhere, and has Backup and Restore to move them.
You type each dose exactly as prescribed. Nothing suggests, converts or calculates a dose, and the Level Estimate is labeled an estimate for your own tracking, not a lab value, with each medication's half-life from its FDA prescribing information.
Your medication by generic name, weekly or daily, start date, start and goal weight, height, units, your daily goals and your last visit date.
The date, the dose exactly as prescribed, the injection site, and Taken, Skipped or Paused. Each entry opens a dose week.
Each weigh-in shows the dose week and the dose it counts for, the change, BMI and your progress to goal.
Before a visit, type your questions on Doctor Report and print it on one page.
A tracker that groups weigh-ins by the calendar puts a Saturday weigh-in with the next dose and loses a skipped week. This one credits every weigh-in, side effect and habits day to the dose week it falls in, handles skipped and paused weeks and daily medications, and accepts any date in any order. It also carries a one page doctor report, supply and cost, a level estimate, protein and water, and an offline phone app that copies straight into your workbook. Nothing leaves your own files, and it never calculates a dose.
As soon as your order is complete you get instant access to download the ZIP: the workbook in four color editions, the GLP-1 Quick Log app with its install card, the printable log on US Letter and A4, the Google Sheets copy link, a two page Quick-Start PDF and a START-HERE file. Start with the Quick-Start guide and the free video walkthrough. Nothing ships.
One ZIP, instant download. The workbook is built for Excel 2016 or later and tested in LibreOffice Calc; for Google Sheets, open ACCESS-YOUR-TEMPLATE.pdf and click Make a copy. The Quick Log app runs offline: double-click it on a computer, or install it on your phone from the link inside the download. The printable log fills in a PDF app that fills forms, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, or prints blank. No Canva, no macros, no account and no subscription.
One workbook (.xlsx) with 15 tabs in four color editions, the Quick Log app as one HTML file with its install card, a 7 page fillable printable log on US Letter and A4, a quick-start PDF, a START-HERE file and the Google Sheets copy PDF. 10 files in one ZIP.
No, by design. You type each dose, and the syringe units if you use a vial, exactly as your prescriber or pharmacy wrote it. Nothing suggests, converts or calculates a dose, and there is no titration schedule.
Weekly or daily GLP-1 medications by generic name: semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, dulaglutide, or Other with your own name. Weekly injection, daily injection and daily tablet are all settings.
Yes. The Quick Log app is built for the phone and runs offline once installed, and the workbook's Quick Entry tab is made for the Google Sheets phone app.
In your own copy of the workbook, and in the app on your own phone. There is no account and nothing is sent anywhere. Use Backup now and then.
No. The Level Estimate is an estimate for your own tracking, not a lab value: it counts each Taken dose and halves it every half-life, using the half-life from each medication's FDA prescribing information.
This tracker does not give medical advice. Follow your prescriber's instructions and contact them about side effects. It never suggests, converts or calculates a dose and has no titration schedule; the next dose date is calendar arithmetic only, the last dose logged as Taken plus 7 days or 1 day. The Level Estimate is an estimate for your own tracking, not a lab value, using the half-lives in each medication's FDA prescribing information, section 12.3, which you can edit. BMI categories follow the CDC adult categories. Medication names are generic on purpose. The sample person and every figure in the sample are invented. The Quick Log app keeps entries only on the device that typed them. The four color editions are separate files. Digital product; because the files are delivered instantly, all sales are final.
