Overview
The command center, made interactive
This is the same calm, ADHD-friendly system as the spreadsheet — rebuilt as a real app. Click between a Today screen, a brain dump, a self-sorting task board, gentle habit rings, bills and wellbeing check-ins, all with live charts and buttons instead of cells.
It's a single file that opens in any browser. There's no account to make and nothing to sign up for; your entries are saved privately in your own browser, so your day stays on your device and nowhere else.
It also comes in three looks — Colorful, Light and Dark. Use the color switch on this page to preview each one; every purchase includes all three, so you can pick the style that fits you.

Key Benefits
Why this one, not a free template
A polished dashboard you click through — no formulas, no fragile spreadsheet to break.
It's one .html file. Double-click and it opens in the browser you already have.
Your data lives in your browser on your device. No login, no cloud, no tracking.
Once downloaded it runs with no internet — open it anywhere, anytime.
No subscription and no upsells. Buy it once, keep it forever.
Colorful, Light or Dark — switch with a click. All three included.
Who It's For
For anyone who'd rather click than type
- ADHD folks who find spreadsheets fiddly and want buttons instead
- People on Chromebooks or tablets with no Excel
- Anyone who wants a private planner with no account or cloud
- Fans of the spreadsheet who want the interactive version too
How It Works
Open and go in three steps
You get a single .html file — save it anywhere on your computer or tablet.
Double-click to open it in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Nothing to install.
Dump tasks, tick habits and check the Today screen — it saves as you go.
Why It's Different
An app you own, not a service you rent
Most planning apps want a monthly fee, an account and your data on their servers. This is the opposite: a single file you download once, that runs entirely on your device with nothing to sign up for.
You get the polish of an app with the privacy and permanence of a file you own — and it never expires, phones home or asks you to upgrade.
Delivery & Compatibility
Instant, and works with what you use
As soon as your order is complete you get instant access to download the dashboard, plus a copy by email. It runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox — on desktop, laptop or tablet. There's no account to create.
Your entries are saved privately in your own browser, on your own device — nothing is uploaded and there's no login. To move to a new device, use Backup on one and Restore on the other.
It installs like a real app. Your download includes a private install link. Open it once on each device and it gets its own icon and its own window — in your Mac's Dock, or on your iPhone and iPad Home Screen, or installed straight from Chrome or Edge on Windows. Once installed it runs with no internet at all, and it updates itself when we improve it.
Because everything stays on your own device, each copy keeps its own data. The built-in Backup and Restore buttons move your work between devices whenever you want.
